This entire process has been absolutely absurd. I paid for and preordered two turkeys for families in need over a month ago. I got multiple emails stating it was confirmed, and multiple emails telling me it was ready for pickup.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in any drive through.
First I didn't know as a customer you couldn't ask the Drive thru person a question about the menu.
Second cursing at guest I didn't know Popeyes allow such service.
Third manager with headset but hears nothing wow
Fouth manager not descalating the matter at hand.
Fifth allow employee to continue to be disrespectful
