Always good service, always great food.
I placed a online order, was on a roadtrip and the employees siede- sorry if I spelled it wrong- and Adrianna were the best people I could have ever met their customer service was beyond compare and even with a tad bit of wait they made me feel welcome and my sandwiches turned out perfect! They were amazing and I will come back just because of them!!!!! 10/10

Subway is a restaurant with clean facilities and professional staff, including manager David and his trainee, as well as employees Eugene and Trinity, who provide excellent customer service. However, there was an issue where a customer's hair, specifically a long, red, faux locs/braids, dangled in a sandwich while being prepared. This is concerning for sanitary reasons and the restaurant is encouraged to implement rules requiring employees with long hair to secure it under hairnets while preparing food. Additionally, employees should be knowledgeable about the menu and accurately charge customers. While there was an issue with one sandwich preparation, a different employee was helpful and corrected the mistake. Overall, Subway should prioritize training employees on food preparation, sanitation, and customer service.
