We hit some high places and others on our Sunday Brunch research, this is one of the better places we visit. We have been to a couple locations with great to greater results every time. This location is near the Mall of Georgia, pretty close in real terms. The DO have reservations, so it makes it a pleasure to go, to be seated quickly and have good service, a full bar and a competent kitchen staff.. This time our waitress was Kashmir and she was the best. We also had a Chance to talk to the AG (Assistant Goddess) Pam, she remembered us from our past visit-months ago, and was both cordial and helpful. We DO NOT forget good staff. The food was all on point, my Avocado Eggs Benedict was terrific with a good amount of Cheesy Hollandaise sauce and perfect poached eggs. Deanne's omelette was terrific, so was her pancake --she said. Bill's Crab-Cake Eggs Benedict was just right. The coffee's were great, and the brunch cocktails were some of the best we encounter on our weekly brunch-hunt.. Kudos to you and your staff, Snooze.....“

“We know Waffle House food is generic BUT Phyllis puts “her foot” in the dishes she makes. You can tell that she cares about the food she creates and how her creations are presented. And Stormy (hostess) so intentionally courteous and attentive simply because that is who she is. The infectious care is also apparent in Dominique as I see her interacting with her customers. These ladies are the essence of what customer service is about and you are all appreciated.

“I’ve been visiting this location for quite some time and usually have an average experience. The place is relatively clean and the food tastes like any other Ihop, but the last two times I visited, I had the same server, Natalie, and she completely changed my experience. She was very friendly and attentive. Even when my little ones were being indecisive with their orders, she was still very patient and even went through some of the options with them. This is by far the best experience I've had at a restaurant; the food even seemed to taste better than previous times because she brought it out so quickly. Would 100% recommend this location!!“

“Guys it's waffle house. As if you need any sort of introduction. You drive, you sir, you eat. The food is good but never great. And I absolutely love it. You want breakfast? They have it. Are you hung over? They can help with that. The food has always tasted the way it's ever tasted and that is perfectly fine. It's always open, there is no dress code, and you leave in a better condition than when you arrived. Anyone tells you otherwise is a demon.“

“We went to the WH on 17(Keith Bridge) we were met with rudeness, no menus, and a 20 minute wait for drinks which still never came so we left. This was our second choice as it was further away but we weren’t disappointed. We were greeted by friendly staff, menus were on the table when we arrived, and there was no wait for anything. “We just visited this location this evening from out of town for a soccer tournament. Our waiter’s name was Benjamin, he was the best. He wouldn’t walk by without asking us if we needed anything and if we were enjoying our food! He was so sweet. When it came time to pay the check, my husband noticed his pen and said it was a nice pen. Benjamin handed his pen to my husband and said keep it, it’s yours! Kid-friendliness: My daughter enjoyed the hot chocolate and she likes to feel fancy so she asked for whipped cream. The waiter said he could add caramel drizzle for extra fancy! My daughter kindly declined but enjoyed her hot chocolate on this cold night! Also, the French toast sticks off the kid menu with chocolate sauce, my daughter gave it thumbs up! 👍🏼
