This place was great!!!! The gopchang and rib mead were delicious. I liked it so much that I ordered a 2nd serving of the gopchang. The banchan and kimchi fried rice was also delicious. The restaurant even gave me vibes of the restaurants in Korea. This place is not your typical Korean bbq and you’ll only find Koreans eating here! If you want to eat like a real Korean and try something new, then try this place!!!!!
All was good until I heard a dog from a table next to us. Someone actually brought a dog inside the restaurant where customers cook their food on open grills. And the server said they couldn’t deny the service to the person because she was an acquaintance of the owner. I’m a dog mom too. And that’s why I know that the dogs are not permitted inside the dining hall. I cannot wait to hear what the management has to say about this.
Service is pretty bad for non-Korean speakers. It's less of a language barrier than just a lack of care (not clarifying when the food is done, for a big one). The food also comes out relatively slowly even at non-peak hours.
The intestines were good and surprisingly filling, despite not looking like a lot for the price. (I'll withhold my opinions on the price since I'm not sure of material cost / competition). It's definitely on the pricier...
