Subway is a welcoming restaurant with a friendly owner and clean store. The ingredients are fresh, and the staff makes an effort to accommodate customer requests. The store has excellent app/store integration and customer service. However, there have been instances where customers' requests were not fully met, such as a request for sauces on the side, which was denied due to lack of containers. Despite this, the staff remains friendly and attentive.
