Hardee's is a clean restaurant with good food, and the staff is attentive, with counter personnel bringing food to the table. The management has shown improvement, with a more positive attitude from the staff. However, the restaurant could improve its accessibility for wheelchair users, as the doors are heavy and awkward to open. Unfortunately, some customers have experienced issues with their orders, including a mistake with a debit card being kept by the staff and replaced with a gift card, causing inconvenience to the customer.
