I have eaten here numerous times and every time very good food and great service. I will continue to eat here. One of my favorites.
I've been looking for a place to get tasty Birria and I found it. It was so flavorful. I had Birria tacos and my husband had the Birria quesadilla. We both loved our food. I also had one of their bubble teas that I loved! They also have a large selection of things on their menu.
I was here twice while visiting a friend. Service was great. Both waitresses were honest about their likes & dislikes. One time we were one of only people in place and they provided great conversation. Other time it was busy but they never left us wanting.

La Condesa Mex Cocina is an excellent new spot in Thomaston for authentic Mexican cuisine. The food is always excellent, really good, prepared extremely well, and always hot. The flavors are palate-pleasing and rich. Specific dishes praised include the birria, enchiladas banderas, a taco salad with chicken and avocado, a big burrito, wings, and the three items combination. The restaurant also offers boba tea, sweet tea, and horchata.
The service is really good, always prompt, attentive, professional, and very warm. Servers are described as going out of their way to accommodate guests. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. Prices are very affordable, reasonable, and comparable to local fare.
The restaurant is a highly recommended, outstanding addition to Thomaston, providing a consistent and pleasant experience. It is also open on Sundays, which is a good option. While there can sometimes be a wait for food during busy times, the overall experience is thoroughly enjoyable.
