I delivered bread to original Jersey Mikes in 1970 as a 17 year old Baker in NJ. They sold 1200 a day. My Dad and Mike were about same age. Peter was in HS he bought from Mike and franchised the business. They are outstanding it’s the same sandwich as in NJ. Love it!!!!
Came in at 7:30 for two subs, we were the only customers aside from one other person. After ordering the girl who took our order continued to hang out with who I am guessing is her friend or off-the-clock coworker. She wore the same single glove the entire 25 minutes we were there where she went back and forth from her friend to the kitchen as she made a quesadilla. I didn’t think Jersey Mikes made quesadillas. Even though one of the employees was new. He did his very best, even confiming several times with the 2 customers ahead of me on their order and what toppings they wanted.My order was very good, and he took time to make sure it was correct
