This team was amazing from the first time I reached out to them to inform them we had a bus load of kids that would be stopping for a meal. I sent them our order and they were great about even allowing us to make one change the day before. 10 mins away from our arrival time, they called to check our ETA and then said they’d prepare the drinks. We stopped here with a bus full of 30 kids and adults. We called ahead of time and ordered the food and drinks. As soon as we walked in, they had all of the food bagged and ready to hand out. Every drink was labeled. Every sauce was available. They went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. It was OUR PLEASURE to eat here today!
My husband and ibwent to Chick-fil-A today 1/11/2024 about 3:40 p.m. I placed and order and I Specifically ask that my food be fresh. The young lady that waited on me act as though I said nothing. So I checked my fries, they were hot but ad I had eaten about 5 the rest was Luke warm and was like the was scrap.
