“This restaurant is a reminder to us all that: 1. Cultural diversity is significant in the U.S, but ESPECIALLY impactful on our sweet hometown. My hometown’s ability to appreciate and celebrate really reminds me of how good Tifton can be 🥺💖 2. Changes and endings can be beneficial and bring forth wonderful new beginnings. When the last restaurant in that building shut down, it left a void on Eighth St. I remember going there to eat with my parents when I was very young, and seeing the shell of what once was, was very sad. I am so happy that El Jarocho has brought new life to that building and to Tifton. I look forward to visiting again when I am in town!“

“We came to eat because we were passing through on our route and we found very good seasoning, freshly made corn tortillas, carnitas tacos, tripe, guacamole, sauces and a roast beef dish were very delicious, the ladies were very friendly who served us, if I would return and if I recommend it ?? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Really liked this authentic eaterie with its vast menu, good draft beers and house margaritas. It was a lunch stop for 3 of us - perfect spot a minute off the I-75 and super-quick service and food delivery. Chips and salsa on arrival even before the drinks very welcome, too. So glad we found it - a happy day 1 lunch for us on vacation as we journeyed from Atlanta to Florida. $56 for three inc a beer, a margarita, a soft drink and as much as we could manage food-wise hit the spot perfectly.“

“In a town filled with TOO many convenient chain restaurants, Taco Loco is worth the extra effort. Full bar with top shelf liquors/cocktails🍹🍹(important after hours of driving). We had the Camarones Panchos and Seno Burro. The food was authentic and delicious, not too much sauce, not typical, shrimp cooked perfectly (I'm super pick about my shrimp). Please go out of your way to support this fabulous small business!!!“

“We are just passing by on our way home to Tennessee and our wonderful hotel front desk lady Jasmine said El Metate was great, came in with a new party of 9. They were packed and busy. Food was amazing. Some of the best birria tacos I’ve had! So fresh! Margaritas were strong and so good! We got to enjoy an amazing meal & great live music from Randy Wiley Music!“

“What a hidden gem. I'm so glad we found it. First off the salsa was freshly made, it is some of the best I've eaten so far at any Mexican restaurant. I had Al Pastor burrito plate. Everything was amazing, hot and tasted so fresh. The portions was so large. I definitely have lunch for tomorrow. Great Job! Will see y'all again soon.“

“Very clean restaurant to start off with. The bathrooms also were clean. The staff well they wasn't so friendly honestly they never really spoke. But my cinnamon twist were really really good. My daughter said her quesadilla were also good. So with what the food was good only thing lacking was the customer service.“
