“I’ve never tasted cupcakes so good. I decided to let 2 of the 4 cupcakes I bought, stay in the refrigerator over night to see how the texture is the next day. The next day it was even better, they are so moist, soft and delicious. I’m definitely going back for more next month (I’m on a diet now lol)“

“I had a large order (60 cupcakes) for a client, on the way to my client the cupcakes fell out of the container and 1/3 of them were destroyed. I went back to Dagashi and they immediately leapt into action and replaced the destroyed cupcakes with new ones. Of course my client loved the cupcakes but how a company acts when things go wrong is where the rubber meets the road and Dagashi came through for me big time! Highly recommend them!!“

“I think the size I order is considered a pint. I got butter pecan with extra, extra, extra pecans! The man who took my order was so kind and had the most pleasant smile. He was so considerate with asking how far did I have to travel and when I told him the distance, he wrapped my container of ice cream up nicely in Saran wrap and advised me to put it in the freezer as soon as I reached home. I should have left a tip, but I usually don’t leave tips for to go service. I will be back there again and if he’s there I will leave a tip, because of all the times I’ve ordered my ice cream, no one has gone above and beyond like he did. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!“

“I needed a last-minute cake, something special, and most bakeries close early. So I headed over to the Queen of Sheba, which google maps promised would have cakes until 8. But they didn't have the flavor requested! Disaster. A customer said tiramisu was a house specialty, and the young lady behind the counter agreed that it was her favorite. Even though tiramisu is a gamble with a new crowd, I went for it. It was one of the most delicious, perfect cakes I've ever had. That any of us had ever had. It's what all other tiramisu wishes it could be. Good price, too. I 100% will get my next cake there.“

“When I tell you Sean the owner was so nice. I placed an order on Uber eats but called before to get specific kind of cupcake. They made a mistake but when I called Sean he said just come up here we will replace them for free. When I came and the lady there was so nice and professional. When I tell you their cupcakes is so moist and dense not light. I have places 4 orders there and when I tell you I keep them in my car because how much I paid and how good they are I’m not sharing with anyone. “They have a new location in town so I don’t have to travel so far now. The location is much larger and was very clean and organized. The cashier was extremely friendly, she helped me pick a flavor, let me know it was leaving soon and told me about a survey to get a free cake next visit. My cake was delicious, moist and flavorful. I had the featured flavor lemon raspberry and it did not disappoint!“
