“So glad we stopped in for a late lunch, the Al Pastor and Carnitas tacos were perfection! My spouse got a burrito. Achilles was our server and he has a great sense of humor and helped us have a great experience. Would definitely eat here again!“
“The food here is delicious. I was impressed with the variety and quality of multiple different styles of meat. The toppings were fresh and the service was super friendly allowing us to taste all the meats before we picked one for our bowl. Highly recommend.“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rudy's Righteous Room restaurant and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. To start with, the drinks were outstanding. The bartender at Rudy's really know their craft. I ordered a cocktail, and it was made with such precision and skill that it tasted like a work of art. The bar was extensive, offering a wide range of options to suit any taste. Whether you prefer classic cocktails or innovative concoctions, Rudy's has got you covered.Moving on to the food, I was blown away by the quality and flavors. The menu boasted an array of mouthwatering options, making it difficult to choose just one so I got several items and each exceeded my expectations. However, what truly set Rudy's apart was the exceptional service. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and made me feel right at home. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations. It was evident that they genuinely cared about ensuring a memorable dining experience for their guests. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the management's warm and hospitable demeanor. They took the time to interact with guests, making us feel valued and appreciated. It's rare to come across such genuine and welcoming management in the restaurant industry, and it truly added to the overall ambiance of the place. In conclusion, my experience at Rudy's Righteous Room was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of great drinks, excellent food, and remarkable service made it a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fantastic meal in a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.“
“We love to eat at Tacos Al Pastor! My favorite item is the Gordita (sort of like a pita made from corn masa)with beef stew meat (birria meat) and elote (corn on the cob with Mayo, grated cheese and Tajín). My husband always gets tacos de carne asada. Every single item was hot and delicious! We also added 2 jamaicas (agua frescas) and churros which were good. We come here regularly and are not disappointed!“
“I am so glad my Sister brought me here. I had the turkey bacon avocado salad with teriyaki ginger dressing and a side of portobello fries. It was delicious. My sisters favorite is the trendy mess and apple pie. So good and vegan. I definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable.“
“This place is the best, and they're pros at take-out. I can't really speak to dine-in as I've only done that once. My personal favorite is the chorizo burrito. I also really enjoy the queso, the pupusas, and the tamales. This restaurant is an amazing addition to the neighborhood.“
“Wow! I stopped in here as a last minute decision, because I was hungry and in the area. I got the Saturday Wing Special, and let me tell ya - those wings were big, and equally juicy and crispy. The mild wing sauce is delicious as well! The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. This place is now in my top favorites for wings and fries in Atlanta. Will for sure be back when I’m in Chamblee again.I gave 5 stars across the board, except I gave 4 stars for atmosphere, only because there was no music playing in the dining room, so it was super quiet as I ate my food.“
“Absolutely love the food and atmosphere here. Cost is reasonable for quality of food you get.If you’re a tipper, don’t put it on your card. Ive heard the staff aren’t getting card tips, only get to split cash tips. We quit tipping using our debit card. Owners should be ashamed of the business practice.“
“These tacos blew me away! Don’t be scared by the fact that they are in a gas station. The tacos were so fresh, authentic, and delicious. They started making my tacos only after I ordered them, so they came out super hot. The tacos are loaded in savory corn tortillas with incredibly juicy meat. I tried the brisket and carnitas, which were both fabulous. If someone told me they came from a sit down restaurant, I would believe them without second though. Looks can be deceiving, so stop by Taquito Express the next time you need some gas.“
“I’m all for supporting small local businesses, especially black owned. I honestly thought it was gonna be Mexicans working the truck so it was a shock to see it was an ebony man. There was a twist seeing how it was made by a black guy. It was different but in a good way. I got jerk chicken and two steak tacos and I wish I’d gotten more sauce for my tacos, only because I like a LOT of sauce and they were some nice size tacos so sauce on each bite would have been better. But they were definitely really good. I like to try different places authentic tacos to taste how everyone can do their own spin on something as common as tacos and it definitely was a good different for me. I’d highly recommend ?✊?and the owner and girl working there were very nice and friendly“
“While in Duluth I did a Google search for restaurants near me - and La Oaxaqueña Taqueria came up highly recommended nearby. Always in the mood for authentic tacos - I headed right over in the late afternoon to get in before the dinner rush. The restaurant is in a strip center as I expected - and it's relatively small... also as I expected. The ambient music was true to form ethnic - though a little loud for my taste. I was dining with someone who is hard of hearing and wears hearing aids - and the guy at the next table listening to a loud video on his phone wasn't helping... so I had to deduct a star for atmosphere. It is what it is... I'm keeping this review honest.I still rated the service a full five stars as our waitress was sweet and helpful as she could be - though she really didn't speak any English and we certainly couldn't habla any Espanol. We made due with our limitations and I ordered the carne asada tacos and my friend ordered the barbacoa tacos - and they were promptly served up piping hot.The tacos had plenty of meat in them - and both styles were delicious. The barbacoa tacos were so good - I placed another order for three more to take home! The price including tax for nine tacos and two drinks was right at $40 - which I thought was very fair in today's inflationary times.I enjoyed my visit to La Oaxaqueña Taqueria and will be sure to stop by again the next time I'm in Duluth!“
“Had chicken tacos, good flavor but meat could have been drained as there was a lot of liquid on my plate :/ service was ok, pleasant overall but I asked for rice and beans, never got them. Was pretty loud in the restaurant ? Took long to check out, noticed this issue for other customers. Having said all that I will return ?“
“This place is amazing. The food tastes homemade. Everything I have tried has been delicious. the place is clean, spacious, the attention is very good. The home made tortillas are very tasty too. I live 30 min from this place but it's worth the trip.“
“This is my go to restaurant especially I am craving Mexican food! I love the tortas and the fajitas and the queso is some of the best I've ever had. Top all this off with a horchata and you are good to go! I take all my friends and family here as I just can't get enough!“
“My 4 stars are for the tacos. I tried the carna sada steak, the chicken with pineapple and the mushroom asada they were all good not great. Portion size was very nice for each taco. They all lack salsa the mushroom which I thought would be my fave was my least favorite. The carna sada steak one was the one I liked the most. Now the Mexican street corn was another story. Tasted frozen by texture, though I was told it was fresh. It was totally disgusting. I could not eat it, and I had a hard time even swallowing the one bite. That I give negative start to. So again, my 4 stars are for the tacos alone. Also, my friend got the chicken quesadilla and did not think it had enough to it. He wanted more salsa, and some Pico plus said they gave a tiny amount of creamI give the place a 7 outta 10 7.5 if it had more salsa. He gave it 6.5 and said maybe more if they had they were out of. I will definitely go back buy never getting that corn again it was awful“
“The guys at Tacqueria Acapulco know what’s what! Hands down our fave taco truck! Food is always hella fresh, large portions, and extremely reasonably priced. From Burritos as big as your arm to tortas served on the freshest fluffiest buns… they have something for even the pickiest of eaters. I recommend the pork quesadilla and steak torta if you need help deciding.“
“Everything is very delicious but the Mr. who is into the meats needs too much help, it is impossible to wait in line for a long time to eat a picaña, sirloin or a piece of bacon with chicken. The carrot salad ? is delicious, all the food in general except for the bonus bread, it is very cold and loses flavor and consistency, you should improve that please! Everything else, the atmosphere and the service, everyone is very friendly. ☺️ We will be back soon! ?“
“OUTSTANDING my favorite taco place my FAR I live an hour and half away but if I’m craving authentic mexican food THIS IS MY PLACE the cutest place love how the place is decorated bring back memories cute for pictures as well and the waitresses always make me feel at home 5 stars no “
“What a great spot! Met a friend here for brunch and it was awesome. Coffee was great and and the food was amazing. I got the chicken burrito and my wife had the salmon toast with an egg. It was all great. They do not have any sugar free syrups for the coffee but do have stevia sweetener. Overall a great experience!Dietary restrictions: Just an FYI - No sugar free syrups for coffee and drinks.“
“If Karina is your waitress, then you can bet on great service! The ambiance is great, beautiful Mexican art, chill music, comfortable seating and perfect evening dinner lighting. :) Food? 100% always! Some of my faves... steak quesadilla, carné asada, nachos, cheese dip, tres leches dessert.. all 100%! Drinks? Have one or two Texas Margaritas, or share a pitcher with a party of 4..lmk what u think (if u can remember) lol“
“Customer service is crazy! We came here for the first time and the food was great! Drinks are strong and delicious. We came back one week later and one of the servers said “welcome back.” They even remembered our appetizer!!! Run to this place to have a great experience with good food.“
“Modish was the perfect location to celebrate my birthday! The service was really good & the food was pretty good as well. While the spinach dip could have been cooked longer, everything else was relatively good. We also enjoyed the unique drink selection! The ambience and overall experience was delightful. I will return & try brunch. Thank you, Modish Team!“
“My friends and I had lunch here after my dress fitting for my wedding. The hostess was attentive to us when we came in and provided a little history, since this was our first time dining in.SERVICE:Phenomenal! Josh was amazing! He was patient and helpful when it came to the menu. He even made us some delicious shots, Omg! Amazing!FOOD:Options, options, options. So much to choose from and very tasty.OTHER:The restaurant was very clean. Also, there’s plenty of parking.I am definitely planning to come back with my fiancé. We’re going to try a different location.“
“The establishment has plenty of free parking around it. The place is easy to locate. The restaurant is big and welcoming with a great atmosphere and lovely decorations. The service is good, they are attentive. The food was delicious and fairly priced. The only comment I would say is for the bathrooms could be cleaner. Overall would recommend coming for a good meal.“
“I'm at an absolute loss as to why this place isn't busier. Between this and the place down the street which forces people to queue up outside, this is the superior taco, and it's not particularly close. If you're put off by the lack of people inside, don't be. Everyone else is missing out.“
“As a whole definitely fresher food than their main competitor. Enjoyed the regular tacos and veggie burrito. Vanilla shake was surprisingly good. Good place to take hungry kids.Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: Good menu selections.“
