I was 4 th in line to order inside.... Took 35 minutes then another 10 after I ordered. These people dont understand Lunch Hour! Covid or not the new I dont care will not see me back or at any other wendys. You were my favorite but its going to be a brown bag frfom now on.
Just ordered a Number 2 with no tomato no onion with a fruit punch. When I got hm I had a small fry (cold) chicken nuggets (cold) and a tiny double cheese burger. Ok, I can deal with that my order got mixed up but when i tried to call 770 491 8950 no one picked up.... So you not gonna pick up the phone ...
The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. They don't listen in the drive thru and our order ous always messed up. I'll drive father next time. This place isn't getting another chance to frustrate me when I'm hungry. Also they habe attitude issues. Its the tone in their voices. They need better customer service skills on top of listening skills.
