“I ordered a 9 topping NY style pizza and it was not very good, nor was it great. It was Perfect. From the crust to the topping portioning and placement, no one could have done a better job. It seems that several assistants at this location have devoted themselves to consistent high level food quality, which is rare. Thanks for your great work!“

“What a fantastic place! We came here for my little brother's birthday party and we had a blast! Friendly staff, good food, and a stellar atmosphere.

“Another great pizza from this location and the only chain that knows how to top a pizza. If I get one from any of the other chains they might have a few spoonfuls of toppings but Marco's always puts them to shame covering their pizzas with plenty of toppings. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.“

“My family went for Thursday dinner. There were enough seating areas available. There was mess under the table but all the workers were busy. What mattered to us was the available pizza. They were busy making and setting out all varieties of pizza and desserts. The last time we went to a Cici's (which was at a different location) the pizza was scarce.
I also like this location since there are others stores nearby where you can look at animals at one store and then further down is TJ Maxx and Burlington.“

“I originally called in because I had a complaint about one of the pieces I ordered for my birthday. And the manager that I spoke with was very nice and gave me a credit for another Pizza. However, on the other hand I do want to also give a compliment on another area, because I also ordered brownies as part of my birthday Pizza package the brownies were phenomenal. As good as homemade soft and moist. Usually I have always had a good experience with getting pizza from them. I think this is a one-time thing that has happened and I was very happy that I was given a credit for another one and that the manager that I spoke with was very nice and personable and I think that he handled the call well.“

“I haven’t really looked at the pizza yet, but I ordered last night literally 20 min before they closed. I walk in at 12:59 to pick up and the 3 gentleman were very nice and happy to serve me . They did not seem annoyed at all.
Update: pizza is delicious !“

“We always order the baked spaghetti and meat sauce with extra cheese to go this week. We’ve ordered it twice because it’s so delicious and you can eat it multiple days in a row if you’re looking for really good Italian cuisine and a pinch this is a place to go there’s two locations that I know of both of them are delicious.“

“The cashier was very attentive and friendly. The food was brought out quickly, and was delicious. Service was great, the waitresses were on top of everything. Bonus for my little brother losing one of his teeth after taking a bite of the pizza. 😀👍“

“If you enjoy a sliced deli meat sandwich, this is the place for you. Its not my normal preference but I was going to give it a chance. My issue is that I didn't feel the sandwiches were as customizable as other sandwich places. There wasn't a variety of breads, sauces, or toppings.
The services was mediocre at best. There was no connection with the customer or assistance to someone who is new to the restaurant. No recommendations were suggested. I had to go back in the store for parts of my order. When I went back in no one acknowledged me until, I reached out to the cashier.
The kitchen is open. Although their last food health rating was a 96, the messiness of the kitchen did not make me trust that score. I totally get it. This was a late afternoon order. They were busy when I arrived. It just looked as if there was a full days worth of trash. I hope they are not waiting until the end of the day to start cleaning.“

“The manager in Rock Spring is not a decent person; he hires employees for days but Then, expecting them to work nights knowing they can't work nights and rudely firing them through text—can't even do it in person. and dont pay people on time make u wait 3 weeks for your pay and makes the excuse that payroll was too busy to do their job due to a catering event the restaurant had very unprofessional of them“
