At Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, the food is good and served fast. Customers enjoyed the chicken strip basket, which was very good and fresh. The oreo blizzard was a hit with many oreos. However, some customers found the drive-thru experience to be lacking in basic courtesy, wishing for a simple "thank you" from the employees.
