“This was third visit at this particular Kroger. I'm from the Ft. Stewart/Hinesville, Ga. area. I notice the efficiency of the employees as soon as I park. The crew gathering the shopping carts always clearing the parking lot. The stockers are very proficient in restocking aisles. The cashiers very courteous and polite. I felt at home away from home.“

“Great service, the older gentleman was working by himself but when I came in he immediately greeted me and was very friendly and nice. Pricing is pretty decent for seafood. Placed my order for 10 Piece Large Shrimp with 2 Sides and he got right on it. Was done in about 5 minutes and tasted delicious.“

“I pass by a couple American Deli locations to come here. These people treat their customers with respect and foster a positive culture. The food is what you'd expect from an American Deli franchise, but the people are the reason I keep me coming back to this location.“

“This place was my family favorite fast food spot. My son was a bean, then a teen and now a grown man and we made it our family tradition to eat here Every Friday and I mean every Friday. it was our thing to get the chicken philly combo and bring an extra philly home with us. Now that my son is grown, it has now become a husband and wife thing. Oh my... was I surprised when we just recently went and the entire staff was gone. Nothing was the same. The food no longer taste the same at all. I hope the employees that use to work here reach out and tell me where have you guys gone? I need that original prime deli taste back. I’m so disappointed... I’m praying there’s another prime deli open somewhere and all the same team followed. The new staff in Greenbriar mall can’t do it like you guys. Please come back. I asked where was all the regulars at and the guy told me things change. He was so correct because the food is not good at all anymore. It does t have that come back flavor, it’s just okay.“

“The young lady at the Riverdale /Kroger self check out, this morning was very upbeat and courteous. I was uneasy about using a virtual debit card from my phone with a bar code. She was very reassuring that this would be okay, and thanks to her it was. There were many workers in the store doing inventory and they were all helpful and polite. I watched her handle a rude customer with finesse.“

“Customer Service is still Awful walked in honey bake ham today on national the manager didn't speak or anything looking mean the same lady that should have been fired years ago. The owner of this establishment should of fired this woman a long time ago. You will NOT get alot of business with horrible customer svc and bugs in the food because your employees DONT CARE“
