I recently visited the Popeyes location in Union City, GA on Jonesboro Rd and attempted to place an order through the app, applying rewards and discounts. However, the cashier and I were unable to redeem my rewards for a free item. After requesting assistance from a manager, Ashanti arrived and attempted to resolve the issue. Although we were unsuccessful, Ashanti ensured that I left with my order. Her professionalism and courtesy in handling the situation are greatly appreciated.
Ashanti King was the MoD. She never stops smiling because she takes pride in the work that she does. She and her team made sure that my team (on a lunch break after canvassing in the hot sun) was served quickly and accurately, Out entire team left so happy thanks to that entire team.
