Ashanti King, Manager gave excellent customer service and was highly responsive to my order for my cousin and her husbands order. She was accommodating to my questions about various selective menu items. I had to commend her concise care to details at this particular fast-food chain and location. She is a great representation of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.
Over the past few months they have hired a new crew and they have a FABULOUS customer service approach! They are teenagers but I have been impressed with their commitment to kindness and politeness. I have noticed an overall reduction in plump chicken and money for worth but I want it documented that the service is fabulous.
Food is always hot today's visit 2/27/20.no ice in the machine there was an employee working the drive thru who coughed in her hand no handwashing rub her face no handwashing poor service
