“The customer service is pretty good. They really do make your sandwiches look like art. Their drink machine needs work tho. There was no ice in it and the lids they had was scattered all over the place. When I asked them about the ice they told they didn't have any. Wish they would have told me before hand. I didn't make a big deal about it tho because they do a good job with my sandwich everytime I go.“
“This is the only Panda Express at the Atlanta GA Airport, and it is located at the food court in Concourse E.There was a line (of about 10 minutes wait), as it looks to be one of the more popular eateries there. The food is standard Panda Express, so it is cheap, plentiful, and filling. I ordered the "Plate", with one carb (fried rice), and two entrees (orange chicken, and Beijing beef). The portions are generous, and from what I can see, the servers are continuously cooking and bringing out replenishments to top up the dishes. The fried rice is well mixed with a generous supply of cut vegetables, which is great. The beef is actually pretty good and reasonably tender. The orange chicken is okay, but a tad too lemony for me so I will probably go for the shrimps the next time. There are sufficient sitting places in the food court, including more private two-persons tables in the back, and a few standing-only places for more crowded days.“
“All things considered 3.8 ⭐️. Here's the thing... there's really not much to expect from airport food. It's expensive, bland, disappointing. The first time I tried them out, I was impressed but maybe because my bar was set very low. I will say the meat was nicely seasoned. I ordered the bowl with double carne asada, veggies, pico de gallo, mango mix. I didn't want to get crazy on anything else since it was late night. It had some good flavor. I was traveling and hit this spot again last week and consistency was there. In retrospect, so were the ladies at the counter. Except the cash register... What is it with the staff serving the food? No smile, no soul, as if they don't want to be there. Jesus loves you... there's always that to smile about at least. If they can improve on customer service and be welcoming, the rating would be better.“
“Dining room could use a good cleaning, but service was good and food was great! The wings have improved since my last visit to a Pizza Hut, but the crust on the Pan Pizza at this location was superb and very reminiscent of the 'old-style' Pizza Hut.“
