While the customer service was ok, the counters were unkempt. Food bins appeared to be stacked on each other. Perhaps they were already used but it made the area messy. Also, workers need to watch when they are bringing a new fresh bin if food out to place in the food warmers because whatever's on the bottom can trickle off into your food. The condensation of water or the bits of food that are on the counter when they place the bin down. Yuck. They should NEVER carry things over...read full review
Stopped here to grab a bite before my flight. I'm so glad I did. I had a pleasure of interacting with a Naporshia. Her level of patience and professionalism is something that is such a breath of fresh air. If you frequently fly through Atlanta, you know exactly what I mean.
Jaylen was so helpful at the Qdoba! In a moment of despair, when flights are canceled, people are scrambling, and tensions are high, Jaylen and the Qdoba team were a bright spot that made our day!
