The manager Anthony B has the absolute worst disposition. I watched him ignore customer and the needs of his team & also recorded him ignoring said customers. Wouldn’t give me the information to contact corporate about his unprofessional behavior & was quite disrespectful. I will post the video on every platform I can because these types of behaviors are unethical and unprofessional, and they should not go unchecked!
My husband and I like Chipotle, but everytime we go to this particular restaurant, the service is bad, they are out of vegetables and the protein that we request. They don't have anything cooked to replace it. Additionally, the whole place is filthy. Compared to other Chipotle's we have visited, I wouldn't even give this location one star. I hate to be a "Karen', but shame on the owner and GM for allowing this type of behavior.
Terrible service and forced to order online and get in drive thru!!! Just freakin open up and be a restaurant!!
