McDonald's in Valdosta

“I walked in and there was somebody at the register helping people. one employee was mopping the dining room and the place looked very clean and nobody seemed agitated. I ordered carry out and sat down to wait, and the register person brought me my coffee which I thought was really nice. Another employee brought another opder couple their breakfast. The place seemed well organized and managed and the employees should get a raise for being so efficient and calm“

“Very ghetto crew on this shift. One had her small child there , which I could understand in extreme circumstances but one overweight employee in particular had a very foul mouth in front of about 5 customers inside the restaurant. She was upset and cursing because another employee informed her that her help was needed and she obviously didn't think they were busy enough for her to actually have to do her job at work. Very unprofessional. I ordered my food at the kiosk inside and wasn't given all my items and had to let the young lady at the front counter know and she seemed aggravated when I did“

“I just want to rave on Heathon who was working the drivethru today! I was not expecting such a lovely attitude! He was so upbeat and really made my smile!! Dude really needs a raise bc it’s employees like him that keep us coming back!! Kudos to you Heathon even though i probably slaughtered the spelling of your name lol“

“Usually good customer service and fast service. They do have a shortage of staff, which is no fault of the employees. One employee is often having to work the drive thru and front counter. It’s a lot for one employee to do all of the front end work. If you visit at lunch be prepared to have a bit of a wait. I know the employees are trying their best.“

“I was traveling and stopped in here because I was suddenly hungry. I am glad I did.
I have rarely been to a McDonald's where the staff was so cheerful and friendly.
The food was made fresh and was delicious.
I will definitely be stopping here again.“

“I know it's McDonalds. But this was probably the worst yet. Poor service, fries tasted like they were cooked in 3 day old grease and my burger tasted like paste on an old bun. Couldn't even finish my food. The bathroom was gross with no TP.“
