“I did a calling order to pick up. I ordered a butter biscuit, side of sausage and two sides of tenderloin with a hash brown. Im sold on the this place. The lady was a sweetheart, the biscuit tastes like a homemade buttermilk biscuit, the tenderloin literally fell apart in my mouth , the hash brown was crispy not soggy and the sausage tasted like sausage and did not have the chunky gritty consistency like some places. I will say I was expecting a large coffee to actually be a large coffee and not a small size cup. But hey cant have it all. Awesome Job Burger Den“

“Recommended by TripAdvisor we dropped in noticing the burger menu! Come to find out the menu has not only a great selection of burgers but also sandwiches- with a loaded potato salad that was simply outstanding (and I generally do not like potato salad!). Hannah was our very sweet server who made the entire experience very pleasant and a pleasure to visit, not to mention made several recommendations including drink specials and the wings as an app, which were delish! I had a hamburger steak cooked just as I asked, with Leon having the sharp cheddar burger cooked as he wished. We will be back on an open mic night we hope!“

Way to done most.days and they stop breakfast way way to early I mean u have people inside ordering the drive thru is lined up to the road and it's 10:30 so they refuse to keep breakfast up longer and when that happens they announced it u look and there may be one left in drive thru to eat dinner instead and the rest of us go else where ?“

“Our car broke down last weekend and had to get a tow to S&M repair and walked down to Burger King. We were trying to find an Uber or someone to give us a ride. Emily saw us walk in and we were all sweaty and hot it was 101° out that day it was a short walk but it was hot. We told Emily we would like a cold drinks and she was so sweet she gave them to us at no charge. She also let a guy named Shawn Jefferies off work to give us a ride to the Chattanooga airport to get a rental car. We would like to thank both of you for your kindness and God Bless you both.“

“I love this place and would recommend it to anyone and hate leaving reviews but today was just… not it.. We’ve always loved coming here and typically have a great experience, but unfortunately this visit was a disappointment. Our party of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) arrived at 5pm, placed our order about 10 minutes later, and got our drinks with no issues. After an hour with no food, the manager came over to let us know our server had entered our order but never actually sent it to the kitchen. About 20 minutes later, food started coming out in pieces not all at once. By this point, our two oldest kids (7 & 8) were in tears because they were so hungry. The 4-year-old’s meal still wasn’t out when everyone else was eating. When we mentioned it, our waitress simply said, “sorry about that,” and moved on to her next table. Kinda felt dismissive, really. We truly love this establishment and have had many positive visits, but this time was frustrating and disappointing for both the kids and adults at our table.“

My order was right, fresh, and came out fast but what stood out most was their energy. “As expected great food. Always cooked fresh to order so the food is always hot and fresh. Love all the options for adding to your hamburger or cheeseburger. We usually get a little hamburger to save room for the french fries. We always demolish the french fries, they are always hot and super good. They have great options for milkshakes so if you are in the mood grab one of those too.“

“Being from England I found it strange to have drive through windows on both sides. Great if you pick the right side window and you don't have a passenger. Food tasted good although the #1 Burger looked way bigger that it actually came out, while the chicken #8 was much bigger in comparison.“

“I generally have a good experience here. The last one was not. I ordered our food and then remembered I had to run to another store before they closed. I went there while my wife waited at the table. I was back before our appetizer arrived. It then took an hour to get our entrées. Apparently, they cooked the food and never told anyone, so it just "sat in the window." A manager apologized, cooked the food again, and comped or meal. I felt like we were treating fairly considering the circumstances. But, someone (our waitress) should have figured out what was going on long before an hour.

“I rarely eat lunch alone. Even more rare is thinking of Hardee's for that lunch. I am intrigued by the current TV add running with a supposed Carl Jr eating ribs at an establishment and asking if they could put them on a burger. Everyone knows that I am a fan of ribs so naturally I had to try it. Yeah, it was amazing. The BBQ sauce is just slightly sweet which to me is perfect. They don't try to pile it up with lettuce and tomatoes either. Just meat, sauce, a pickle and a bun. Perfection. If you like ribs, I recommend this burger. PS: this is absolutely the cleanest Hardee's I've ever visited. Super comfortable also with the red seat cushions and stainless furniture. I'll be trying this store again!!“

“Normally I would recommend this McDonalds ~ it is our go-to stop when driving from GA to TN. Today we ordered 2 chicken McChicken sandwiches, an order of French fries and a Diet Coke ~ when we were back on the highway we opened the bag and had a McChicken sandwich, a chicken biscuit and no fries. Really, how hard is it to get a small order like this right??? Very disappointed. Order #232“
