I had to downgrade my review because the last 2 times I ordered through the app when it said it was ready for pickup I ended up having to wait another 20 minutes for it. What's the point of the app if you're still going to wait that long after saying it's ready. Actually the last time I ordered they put the pizza in the oven after I got there and paid for it although the app said it was ready... that's ridiculous
The app said my order would be done in 13 minutes, so I left work to pick it up. When I got there about 10 minutes had passed since placing my order. They told me it just came through & it would be another 10 minutes. I was over my allotted lunch time away from work by the time I got back. Idk if it was the app, restaurant computer, or the employees slacking off, but I got in trouble for being away for so long.

They've been through a rough patch but the manager is working hard to get things back in order. She's running specials, getting involved in the community, and making sure customers are happy. I can personally say I've always been happy doing business with them.
