Sonic Drive-In offers both drive-thru and park-and-order options for a convenient dining experience. The ice cream, especially the strawberry blast, is highly praised for being delicious and creamy. Customers also enjoy the jalapeno peppers. While some reviews mention that the food could be served hotter and fresher, many appreciate the friendly staff and great food. The staff's kindness is often highlighted, especially during busy times when employees work hard despite being understaffed. The restaurant's manager is recognized for handling customer concerns respectfully and efficiently. Notably, employees like Ken go above and beyond, checking for special items like unicorn horn straws and making efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. The atmosphere and parking options are also convenient for guests.
