8/10/22 I ordered a bacon egg biscuit. They charged me twice on my card. I didn’t notice until later. 8/11/22 am, it was gone. Okay they realized their mistake. Today it’s on there for a purchase today. I haven’t been since the 10th. They must need it. But I won’t be back. Not sure who the manager is anymore. I eat there every morning. Or used to! Ordered a mobile order today for lunch and it was almost lunch time when I got a notification telling me thanks for stopping by. Well, obviously I didn’t pick it up because I was still at work! I called only for the guy to tell me there was nothing he could do because it “wasn’t in their computer”. So I was out of money and food.
Terrible customer service! I literally eat here all the time for lunch, guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!
