I usually experience great customer service at this location. John was the supervisor on duty and didn't deliver great customer service today. He was very pleasant with the couple before me. He even offered one of them a cup of water. After placing and paying for my order, I asked John for a cup for water. He gave me the cup and said I could only use it for water. We stopped by the Ashley park location after church on Saturday 5/24. We had heard how amazing this place was. We decided to give it a try. Ordered regular steak burrito and a grill chicken bowl my burrito was a combo her bowl was just by its self. Our total was $32 or so. Thinking it is way over priced for the quality of food and quantity. My steak burrito had no flavor at all, her bowl was pretty much the same.
