“I've ordered from this Dunkin' Donuts over 100 times now and I can safely say that the staff at this Dunkin' is my favorite by far. I can say this without bias as I used to frequent another donut chain a lot more down the road but haven't been there in over a year as their staff and service was very average and mediocre.
What the Dunkin' on Watson gets absolutely right is a list of things:
1. Their staff is probably the most friendly, polite, and hardworking group I've seen so far compared to other fast food locations. I get more "Hellos" and "Thank Yous" here compared to other places where you can tell their management is bad and they all hate their jobs. I absolutely don't get that feeling from any of the employees at this Dunkin'. I get the sense that they have a lot of Pride for the service work that they do, and they're a pretty chill crowd.
2. The staff here are also really good at processing Drive-Thru, In-Store, and mobile orders all at the same time. While it does get crowded, the people who work here are really efficient at their job. I can say this with certainty as I used to order at a Krispy Kreme down the road and they sometimes locked the front door to their lobby because they couldn't keep up with their orders. The Starbucks down the road also has similar issues, but it's more so that they have more customizations in their menu to deal with but their drive thru is efficient, just not as good as their prep time for in-store pickup orders. Whatever it is the management and staff is doing at the Dunkin' on Watson, it's helping them do a GREAT job at getting most mobile ahead orders ready in 5 minutes or less on average.
3. The other thing that keeps me coming back to this Dunkin' location is how well the staff and management has integrated with the rewards program on the Dunkin' app. Out of all the other donut and coffee shops in Warner Robins, Dunkin' Donuts in general offers the most value to returning customers and offers the best deals for bonus points. I think I may have annoyed a few of the workers here when I make double orders on rare occasions, and it's usually because I want to redeem separate rewards from the app and from surveys. I sometimes hear them say: "It's that guy again." One time I also heard: "Didn't he just order a few minutes ago?"
To the staff and crew at the Watson Dunkin', I'd like to apologize for making what Bon Qui Qui would classify as a "Complicated Order".
4. Pricing:
What you pay at Dunkin', you are most likely paying 20-40% less compared to Krispy Kreme and Starbucks. For example:
An assorted Dozen donuts at Krispy Kreme is $14.49. At Dunkin', only $13.99.
An XL Dunkin' Midnight coffee with Whole Milk and a sweetened sauce is $3.39. At Starbucks, a Venti Dark Roast with Whole Milk and a Sweetened Sauce is $4.33.
Honestly, I rarely have complaints ordering from this Dunkin' location. On the rare occasion that my order comes out wrong, I just fill out the survey on my printed receipt or on the app if I ordered ahead, and a corporate customer service rep will contact me to help remedy the situation. On the topic of customer service, Dunkin' makes it the easiest to fill out surveys about your visits. For Starbucks, I have to go to their website to make remarks. For Krispy Kreme, my concerns were usually ignored.
The Dunkin' Donuts on Watson Blvd. is my favorite donut and coffee shop to frequent. Every visit I make here is now part of my weekly routine that it's my favorite place to grab coffee/Donuts before work and before going out playing Pokemon GO.

“I don’t know who it was working this morning at drive through but my god they sounded miserable. Did not greet or say goodbye. It was noticeable and extreme enough to continue thinking about 6 hours after I left. Customer service is not meant for them.
I’m not going to 1 start because it’s not the owners fault and food was great. But that was just really unwelcoming.“
