HUGE shout out and thank you to Marcos on Russell!!! We had a band concert last night and needed to feed around 60 kids. I called about two weeks in advance to call in the order and everyone that works there is extremely nice! The kids were grateful and I am extremely grateful for how easy the transaction was! I will go to them every time I have a band event and need food provided! Amazing service and always good pizza!!!
Order wasn’t correct and the only solution was to remake pizza. Wasting more gas for their negligence.
Ordered a large sausage pizza, wings, and cheese sticks combo for me and my mother. Someone added pepperoni and cayenne pepper to the pizza, which my mother is allergic to. My mother took a bite of the pizza, not knowing the cayenne pepper was on there, and had an immediate allergic reaction. This location needs to be careful what they add to people’s orders. If she wasn’t able to get access to her medication, she could have been seriously hurt.
