MeAkan is about as 5-star as you’ll get in Warner Robins, GA. The customer service is exemplary. The grill cook is highly skilled and interactive with guests. The food is delicious and fresh.

Great food & service without being required to sit at the hibachi table for the show. Best Japanese food I've had in a while & I believe maybe best bento box ever! Will be coming back!

My first time eating here it was really good. So I was thoroughly surprised tonight when I ordered and picked up my food and bit into my lobster and it was mushed. Called to tell them and they demanded I bring the plate back after I said I did not want a refund and just wanted to let the kitchen know. I bring the plate back the receptionist at the front desk said they didn’t understand what was wrong I proceed to show her by mushing it in my hand. She then says they will remake my whole plate I say ok. She comes back out with my plate with my full portion of lobster but the rest of my food was a child’s portion compared to the nearly full plate I brought back. At this point I asked for a refund and the receptionist caught an attitude for an issue she caused. Please be careful. I will no longer be patronizing here.

Wonderful..my husband didn't realize a robot brings your food so the look on his face was priceless it was so funny. Anyway food was awesome loved it and will go again in future.

Mikatas is my favorite... but this fairly soothes the Japanese Food itch when I dont want to drive to Macon or Albany. Food is great and service is nice as well.

Enjoyed our experience here! We ordered the filet mignon hibachi and the filet and chicken hibachi as well as a shrimp tempura roll. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. We will be coming back again! Also it’s pretty cool they have a little robot that brings your food out!

Best hibachi around. Plus these folks are amazing. I unintentionally ordered close to their mid day closing time and they still fulfilled the order! I didn’t even notice the closing time until they called me 15 minutes later to ask if I was coming.

Small things mean a lot to me, so this was nicer than I’d ever expected. I’ll check the hours more closely when I order online at local restaurants! If you read this, thank you for both the amazing sick day food (I’ve been sick all week!), and for kindly staying the extra 15-20 minutes over my order!

I got food poisoning from here and when I brought it up to the managers and staff they took no accountability what so ever. They kept saying that I couldn’t prove it and wouldn’t give me a refund for my order even when I had pictures as evidence. The lady at the counter only stated that she would give me a refund if I said that it wasn’t the food that caused my food poising, but I was 100% sure it was the food because that was the only thing I ate after 1:00pm. One of the managers that I spoke to on the phone, Willie accused me of lying when I showed him a picture of my vomit and made a comment about me having bulimia which I definitely found disrespectful. He was the one that told me to have the proof, I also have everything on record. When he changed his statement and when I told him I had the recording, he then kept saying to show the health inspector then. It was my 3rd time here and my first time eating the hibachi steak and it was a bad experience dealing with food poisoning and the customer service. I don’t know if I got bad steak or it was left out, or if someone is not washing their hands back there but I just wanted to let y'all know to not got here because they all most took me out, because I’m still reconverting from that event. I will not be back here ever again, and won’t event be in 2 mile vicinity because that event and I felt like they were threatened by me when I brought it up. Definitely be mindful if you have younger children and older adults!

First time visiting. Party of 8, so we got the entire table. Food was the same as any other Japanese steakhouse, and that is not a bad thing. Server was slow with drinks and bringing out the steamed rice for the one member of our party who didn't want fried rice.

For the price they charge for alcoholic drinks, you would think they would be faster at bringing em out. Could have had at least one more round of drinks if the server had any kind of hustle in his step.

The seafood selection was ok, the crabs was too small, the salad selection was minimum, and the fries was overcooked. Are the reply to these contributions AI or is it done by Humans

My biggest problem with this place is how overpriced it is. Everything is good, but it's not good enough to justify the ludicrous prices on the entire menu. The hibachi is great, you get a lot, and it's priced decently. The sushi and everything else is extraordinarily over priced to be the same quality as what I can get at either buffet in town, and not as good as rock and roll.
