“I have never experienced great customer service at any Waffle House until I started coming to the one well first it started off when I was going to Russell parkway cooper was my server and he is very mannered respectful very professional let’s not say he welcomes everyone when they come in and makes sure you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in I love him so much my family loved him as well from the moment we sat down it was genuinely amazing he made sure he got our order right you know sometimes people get a lil aggravated when they can’t get there order right but not cooper he stood right there and helped my auntie with her order oh I just love it he was very patient with her and told her to calm down and breathe it’s gonna be ok cause my auntie was getting upset cause she couldn’t get her order right and he sat right there until he got her Order right I said now if that ain’t great customer service and professionalism and his energy was amazing his attention detail truly outstanding

Cooper didn’t just provide good service he just was exceptional hospitality he cared for our needs before we even asked he kept our drinks filled made sure every order was perfect checked with us before we even asked he kept checking on us he spoke with kindness patience and those eyes and smile never faded and while managing and busy restaurant

I can tell Cooper takes pride in his work and keeps a positive attitude set a tone for other workers Workers like him are rare he is a keeper I will be back ONLY WHEN HE IS WORKING this will be a memorable experience

Cooper will be the resin I come back to this Waffle House he deserves a raise and recognition for him a outstanding customer service 5 stars from me“

“Even though I arrived at a busy time, we were seated within 15 minutes. The server was very people friendly and had our orders at our table very quickly. Food was excellent and better than some of the new high priced breakfast restaurants that have opened recently in Warner Robins. Can't wait to breakfast there again.“
