I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service I experienced at Waffle House Store #2357 on January 18, 2024, at approximately 9:50 AM.
When I arrived at the restaurant, it was busy, but I located a chair near the glass and motioned to an employee, Tanesha Brooks, to indicate that I would like to sit at the counter once it was cleaned....read full review
