So.....I rated this particular location 3 stars not because of the server as she was the only one and she did an excellent job. The restaurant was very clean. That being said, I knew that they were short-staffed so I was willing to wait without problem or issue and so I did. I placed my order as I waited for a dine in order to be completed. I watched the cook prepare two cheese steak sandwiches. He quartered off pieces of the steak on the grill that should have gone on the sandwiches...
This is the cleanest, quick service and great food from any Waffle House I have been to. Jainay was our server and was so sweet and friendly! The food was hot and delicious. Place was packed too, staff handled all well. We now call this the Waffle House we frequent.
Today my son and I visited this location for the first time. The ambiance was Awesome. Janelle our waitress provided great customer experiences. The food was spot on. The wait time was acceptable. We will be returning back again. Thanks for making us feel like apart of your business instead of a visitor on the premises.
