“I did a survey a couple hours ago, not even 3 minutes later, the manager called me and solved the problem extremely professionally. I ordered 2 double krabby patty meals and I realized I got singles instead only after getting all the way home and my husband already halfway eating his meal. As well as having the remind the drive thru that a portion of my order wasn’t given to me. So I had to wait longer to get the other portion. Thankfully the manager said the they will remake my whole order for me. Khayi, was extremely professional, thank you.“
“Mobile order so a quick in and out. Restaurant was completely out of lettuce and bottled water. I only drink water so ended up with no drinks (though they did offer), thus devaluing my value meals. Food not the same without lettuce. Rather disappointing visit.“
“I really just wanted to acknowledge how friendly and professional the staff was on this particular night. They had a pretty long line, yet they kept it friendly and got my order right. The young lady at the pick up window in the drive thru was wonderful. Her pleasant attitude and friendly demeanor would definitely make you want to come again.“
