“I did a survey a couple hours ago, not even 3 minutes later, the manager called me and solved the problem extremely professionally. I ordered 2 double krabby patty meals and I realized I got singles instead only after getting all the way home and my husband already halfway eating his meal. As well as having the remind the drive thru that a portion of my order wasn’t given to me. So I had to wait longer to get the other portion. Thankfully the manager said the they will remake my whole order for me. Khayi, was extremely professional, thank you.“
“Only went through the drive through but wanted to point out that the staff is literally always giving the best energy.
My food is always tasting great and looks to be made fresh. Rarely do I like to eat fast food but they made me feel guilt free! 😆“
