Not impressed heard a lot of people rant and rave about this franchise. To start the service was awesome fast and efficient, however, I bought three orders of chicken tender boxes aka the #1 on the menu. Chicken tenders are supposed to be “tender” not deep fried to the point where the meat is stringy and dry. The flavor without the sauce was decent but disappointing as well with the batter. Zaxbys fries are something to not dream about: average at best. I guess the sauce is what makes or breaks the taste buds do to the dryness and rubbery chicken tenders. I might try Zaxbys again but compared to American Deli’s big moist and flavorful tenders (no sauce needed) in Fort Valley, Zaxby’s needs to step up their game in the food industry.

Zaxby’s has really gone downhill. Had the snack plate with the chicken fingers and was not impressed. First, the chicken doesn’t taste the same anymore, almost bland. Second, the fries were barely warm and the toast was cold. Sorry, won’t be eating here again unless something changes.

Had a great experience. Kenneth was very patient and helpful while I was ordering, considering I can be slow to order. Got my food pretty quickly after, also glad they brought back the milkshakes! Been craving the birthday cake milkshake since they took it away.

Kenneth is the worst manager ever. He yells at the employees, throws food, and lies. Don, the general manager, allows this behavior and does not care about the cashiers and cooks. They are very unprofessional and consistently creates a hostile environment.
