Tried to get lemon pepper wings found they could only be ordered online. 3 days before I ordered them at the counter no problem the manager was no help I am older and don't use my phone for food orders. When I told her this she basically said so I didn't raise my voice or swear but she told me leave. For years Zaxbys has been our go to for chicken at least twice a month. Kenneth is the worst manager ever. He yells at the employees, throws food, and lies. Don, the general manager, allows this behavior and does not care about the cashiers and cooks. They are very unprofessional and consistently creates a hostile environment.
Firstly, the employees lack customer service. I been there twice in the last 2 weeks but I won’t be again. They don’t greet their customers or even have the decency to say thank you, have a nice day or anything. I’m a fan of the zensation salad when it comes. The last one I purchased the salad was withered and the only part that was good was the egg roll. One week I was able to order egg rolls separately and the next I’m not.
