“It's a slimmed down menu from the Athens locations' but what they offer is still very well made. I must admit, I was disappointed to not have seen the banana bread on this menu. I think, especially in this location, that would be a great item to add. This menu features their biscuits instead. It's located in a great spot with plenty to do after brunch. Would definitely recommend.“

“#roadtrip Good stuff for breakfast in Athens, Georgia today at Cafe Racer Coffee + Donuts. Homemade biscuits and creative and fresh potato donuts with lots of unique flavors including some made to be similar to Girl Scouts cookies. Awesome place. “My family and I were in Athens to tour UGA. Stopped here for breakfast. Why are great places like this so few and far between these days? You forget how good food is when it’s prepared by people that care about what they are serving. Food was great and high quality. Our server was friendly and helpful. The Spicy pepper jam is amazing (took some to go). We all need to support places like this. Wish we lived closer.“

“Our waitress (Natalie? I think?) is always the best! She listens to what you want, makes suggestions, and brings you exactly what you ordered! She works like a dog, too! Always helping others, clearing tables, or washing dishes. I'm sure she is not paid near her worth to Waffle House! And I pray I have her name right. I'm sure she could really use all the shout outs she can get!“

“My daughter and I stopped in here during a trip on 441. We were immediately greeted by a customer that was obviously a regular, and the owner, who was standing behind the counter to take our order. I opted for a traditional breakfast. That was priced very reasonably. While my daughter had pancakes. We both agreed, that the food was very good, and while we were there, the dining room filled up with what appeared to be mostly regulars. I'm still trying to remember to take pics of the food prior to diving in so the eggs are already cut up.“
