Tonight, my family and I ordered pizza from Papa John’s at the Watkinsville location. We saw on the app that you could actually use AI to place your order. However, Papa Johns AI tool does not work very well. It got my order wrong. Since we were near the store, I went in to the store and told two people - Evan and Lila - what had happened. We have ordered from this location many times and if you order a deluxe pizza it’s fine. We ordered 2 two topping pizzas featured as a deal and it was hot but very skimpy on the meat and veggies. Even as a featured deal the toppings should be plentiful. The delivery drivers are really nice though.
