Worst service ever 12 /8/ 2025 at 5:40pm can't get all dark meat in my meal manger sucks and is lazy

I can’t rate the quality of the food because I never even ordered!!! The employees were loud and obnoxious in the back. They never came to the counter to greet the customers who were waiting. The only thing they were serving was dirty looks and profanity.
It was a terrible experience. So I walked out.

Ordered online almost an hour ahead of time. Showed up exactly when I said I’d show for the pickup. I was told at the window all they had was white meat and I had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for the dark, that I ordered ahead of time. I said sure I don’t mind. When I was waiting there was a car in front of me also waiting on their food and not a literal customer anywhere in the restaurant. I looked inside after 10 minutes through the window and not one customer, THREE employees sitting at tables playing on their phones, then seen what looked to be a cook walk out with gloves on and proceed to point at my car through the window waiting, and began chatting with the 3 other employees. There is now ANOTHER car behind me waiting for their order as well. It has now been 17 minutes since I showed up, and no food. I had the worst experience at the Popeyes by the college on South Georgia parkway and that’s why I began using this location instead. The last pickup was awesome, staff were very kind, but this time not so much. I’m very concerned that no one is getting their food at the window the entire time I’ve been waiting, nearing 20 minutes now for an order scheduled nearly an hour ahead of time online. Our order was simply a 5 piece dark chicken and two sides. It was not a large order placed last minute. I do now see customers entering the store with the 5pm rush, when i say rush I see open customer inside. we’re now 20+ minutes in on my wait, and the car behind me atleast 10 at this point.

Extremely old. I saw several places in this establishment that needs serious attention. The chicken sandwich is the best thing. Their actual chicken was horrible. The workers were Extremely nice and professional. The owners should definitely come in and take a look around.

I don't like pickles on mine so I told them nicely no pickles twice just to make sure. When I check the order there is pickles all over so I wasn't to happy.

It was absolutely freezing in the store. I asked the manager if they had control of the air and they told me yes but they don’t touch it because it’s hot in the back. It was so cold that my mom refused to eat inside and went out and sat in the car and ate while I had to eat in the store with my kids. I’ve never in my life been into a restaurant as cold as that was. And it was so rude rhat they had the ability to do something with the air but refused to. My mom should NOT have had to go eat in the vehicle! It was complete bullshit!!

The worst Popeyes I’ve ever been at! Walked in, wasn’t acknowledge. Waited for 15 minutes for some kid to come off break. Ordered food and then the kid let my husband food sit for another 5 minutes. The manager was helpful telling them they were wrong for trying to take a longer break knowing a line was starting to form. Just very unprofessional. I won’t ever return to this Popeyes again and I will be calling corporate. Oh and they never gave me a receipt when I said I was calling corporate. Nasty work

They wouldn’t sell me four wings in a meal which makes no sense seeings how I get it at every other Popeyes 🙄 I would rate this place a zero if I could (edit: 2 mi in the same county and I got what I wanted) but “they don’t sell 4 wings” okayyyy
