I only stopped by to grab a soda. The woman in the car in front of me had apparently ordered "one of everything." I sat behind her for a solid ten minutes before she received her order and pulled away. The employees should have asked her to move out of the drive thru lane so they could service other patrons.The Coca-Cola was fabulous, though. Ice cold and the brix was almost perfect.
This BK is one that always seems to be out of everything. The customer service is absolutely great! I feel sorry for the workers who have to explain to customers why they are out of items because owners/management doesn't see fit to keep a fully operational business.
