Everytime I visit this Wendy's location I encounter some type of issue and they are usually slow. This day they were extremely slow. I saw the driv-thru line was long so I decided to order inside. That was a big mistake. We had to order from the kiosk which wasn't a big deal, but only one was working. Several people got frustrated from trying to order from the kiosk and left without ordering. Customer service was not good. I was given the wrong item with my order and the issue was resolved unpleasantly. Also, the order was bagged instead of being on a tray. When I mentioned my order was dine in, I was told to grab a treat myself. The store manager, Ms. Sherry, and one of the team members were rude throughout the interaction.

25 minutes wait for a simple order is crazy. I don't think it's just this place, but all the the fast food joints have a hard time finding a way to provide good service these days. Especially after covid. I am now convinced that robots and AI might be a better way to go rather than getting sub-optimal service at these types of establishments. Thought I'd never say that.
