At the time of our order, I placed a to go order of egg rolls and a side of fried rice. I did not check my to go order and after arriving home I realized no fried rice. “I visited this place in October of 2023. This was my 1st time ever going to a Hibachi restaurant and I was so impressed. The food was so delicious! I’ve tried other restaurants since then and no comparison. I’m driving back 3 hours just to eat there again.“

“Some of the best sushi in the state of Georgia! It was a pleasant surprise for us to find this authentic Japanese place in the middle of Savannah's downtown. We tried a few items and all them were so-so tasty. Miso soup, Mushroom soup, Edamame, Pepper Tuna tataki, Black Angel roll, Sashimi wrap, Spicy Tuna roll with avocado, cucumber and tobiko, but the most delicious roll out of all was the Amazing Tuna roll. It was so good, after we received our food items and tasted them all, we had to order more of Amazing Tuna roll as we couldn't get enough. Service by Jaycen was outstanding. We were very happy to have found this mouthwatering sushi joint and will definitely be back when we visit Savanah again.“

“This is a hole in the wall type restaurant with decent sushi. Price is reasonable. They can even accommodate a 8-12 group need, but if a group is already there and you have a party of similar size, then your chance of sitting together would be slim to none. Not a problem, but just a note to set your expectation and an idea of the size of the dining room.“

“The owner and his wife have kept this restaurant going for several years. The ingredients/recipes are nearly exact to Hiranos, which is where Don (owner) started his journey in the restaurant business.

His menu is much more extensive, and the food is excellent.

“The food was delicious, but the waiter's attitude was terrible. I heard from a friend that they forced us to tip, but I didn't believe it at first. Today, after experiencing it myself, I realized that my friend was right. The service attitude was terrible. They didn't respond when I called them, and they were noisy and rude. As a result, when I went to the front desk to pay, the waiter followed me, asked me to swipe the card, pointed to the tip column and the name column and asked me to sign the tip and my name. The most speechless thing for me was that the lady at the front desk didn't stop them. My God, this is simply a rogue.“

“The food here is ok. I haven't tried any raw sushi though. The California roll is good. I don't care for the shrimp tempura. The hibachi entrees are also good. There are places to sit in and eat but, the area isn't really that big.
My only complaint is that when ordering online, there are times that the order never came up. Once I get there I have to show them the order, they write it down, and then they prepare it. That's frustrating being that I place it online so I don't have to wait.“
