“I rate 4.5/5. I recently celebrated my birthday at Louis House of Bourbon, and overall, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion. The managers were also very personable and friendly walking around to check on everyone. This place even had a DJ after 9 p.m. on Friday, which really added to the vibe!
The drinks were great, and I highly recommend trying their Crème Brûlée—it was absolutely amazing. However, I found the chicken (on the menu as “Coq au Vin”) a bit overpriced at $45 for a small airline chicken breast with a wing tip. Don’t get me wrong, it delicious (it’s chicken over a wine reduction sauce with mashed potatoes, see photos) but it left me still quite hungry. If I could do it again, I’d skip the chicken and go straight for the BBQ chicken pizza. It was fantastic and definitely worth the order! My husband had the burger, and he said it was decent.
Overall, a fun spot with great service and a lively atmosphere, but choose your menu items wisely to get the most value!“

“The food is ok. I can give it 3.5/5. Issue: If you order online, they’ll mess it up every single time. They DO NOT READ notes. I put in caps 2x with stars, ***NO BACON ON WEDGE*** and all 5 orders of salad have bacon on it. It’s extremely disappointing when I can’t eat my food.“

“I loooooooovve Jack's, honestly it's the best restaraunt in the whole area. Everything in here is good. We are originally from Miami, and love the atmosphere, and the vibes. Let me give you guys a little secret. The food on the menu is awesome, but the specials will have you coming 2x a week like we do. Don't walk, run.“

“The restraunt was clean and dressed up for Halloween. We were seated right away, and had a server take our drink orders within a minute or two. Our drinks were brought out and the server asked if we were ready to order, or need more time. She came back in perfect timing, maybe two or three minutes later and took our order. The food came out within 10 minutes and was hot. I got a burger, she got a chicken sandwich, we were both very happy with the meal. She came by and checked on us a couple times, not too many or too few. We paid $34 for our sandwiches and Cokes. We'll worth it! One more note, we sat right by a table dressed with a white linen tablecloth. It was set and had a message for the fallen soldiers. The ketchup on the table had a Folds of Honor label on it, and so did the entrance to the restaurant. Thank you Top Dawg! We'll be back!“

“Food was good. Burgers were big and kids fish & chips were a big portion. Even for being big portions, it was a little pricey compared to what you can get at other places. Service was a little slow especially for it being quite empty.

“Love this place. My family dines frequently at Chateau Elan restaurants and the staff is incredibly awesome. The service is top notch, the food is delicious and so we keep coming back to enjoy everything this place has to offer.“
