“I do not recommend. I went in there for a quick oyster fix but was rudely halted by the snooty hostess on duty. She didn’t try to listen and all she wanted to convey was that there were not any tables available tonight. I didn’t want a table just a couple seats at the bar. I later found out the hostess name is Caroline. I suggest some better training for the Caroline. Hostesses are supposed to be welcoming but she was the opposite. I like yalls oysters but the service is hard to overcome.“

On the surface, this place looks like a casual Korean pub, but it's a hidden gem serving up some seriously authentic and high-quality dishes.

My friend and I came for a casual dinner and were blown away by the food. We started with the assorted jeon (모둠전), and it was phenomenal. You get a variety of savory, pan-fried pancakes, each with a beautifully crispy texture and packed with fresh ingredients. It's a must-order.

The main event was the Bossam with oysters (굴보쌈). The pork belly was cooked to perfection and served with incredibly fresh, plump oysters. The combination of the melt-in-your-mouth pork, the briny oyster, and the crisp kimchi was just great.

If you're looking for a low-key spot with genuinely delicious Korean food that tastes like a great Korean meal, you have to check this place out. I'm already planning my next visit!“

“Good place to hang out and drink, karaoke is cheaper than most places as well as the drinks and food! The music selection is pretty small. Some Korean songs are piano solo’s and not the original songs. But other than that it’s an amazing place! Would recommend if you just want to hang out with friends for a small get together.“

This item at Daebal House was a massive tower of amazing flavor! The menu has a fairly small but simple listing of typical Korean dishes from soup to meats ——while I was there 99% of the patrons are eating this dish. This place is open after 5pm and is similar to a late night bar with fine dining food… Highly recommend if you are in the area and want authentic quality tasting korean food and experience with friends. “I placed a takeout order last night 7/29 10:10 p.m. My order was a large gizzard, large Catfish, and a regular fried okra totaling $37.50 and credit card total $44.48. I was very displeased with the portions of all items. I had 2 catfish filets in lieu of 4, 1/2 the normal amount of okra, and only 6 gizzards. These should have been small orders and an okra snack. The fries made up the majority of the dishes with no coleslaw included. I am requesting a credit of $26.98 plus tax for unauthorized gratuity and 1/2 amounts on the dishes. The check # is 34676 and server was Horace B. I have ordered frequently without these problems in the past. Please correct. Thank you.“
