We’re first time customers and staying at Chateau Elan. First let me state the waitress “BOOMER” was amazing! Customer service was out of this world! My hubby and I was sitting at the bar and the waitress at the bar was NOT attentive, nor friendly. “BOOMER” comes out of no where and we got the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! We love Jack's, It is our neighborhood secret. We live in an upscale Country Club community, and virtually right next door is this little "Biker Bar" looking place. Stopped in today after a quick search for places to eat near me. One of the best choices ever from that kind of search! We had a wonderful lunch and have been talking about ut all the way home. My husband had the chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans. I had the halibut fish and chips with Cole slaw. We will be back next time we are in the area!
