“I had a party of nine. but we separated the checks three different ways. I also ordered a taco salad to go. when we got our checks they automatically wanted to put the tip on the receipt of what we were going to pay. we couldn't pick or. choose what we wanted our tip to be. they were rather slow for it being Cinco de mayo. and the waitress hardly ever came over to our table. but when I brought my to go order home for my loved one, they found a piece of clear plastic in their taco salad. but when we went to go complain to the manager about the receipts he refused to change the tip and said that it was mandatory even though we wanted to do a cash tip. I definitely would not recommend.“

The first time, I surprised my wife by taking her here, and we absolutely loved it. The atmosphere and vibe were amazing, the food was great, and we left really impressed with the whole experience. We enjoyed it so much that I decided to bring her back for her birthday.

Unfortunately, our second visit didn’t quite live up to the first. The food took much longer to come out, and the overall consistency just wasn’t there like it was the first time.

I’m still giving Pasta Masters a lot of credit because I know what they’re capable of—we experienced it on our first visit. It’s a great concept with a great atmosphere and a lot of potential. I just hope they really pay attention to consistency, timing, and making sure every guest gets the same quality experience every time.

I’m not writing this to put the restaurant down. Quite the opposite—I genuinely want to see them do well and be around for a long time. Take care of those little things, keep the quality consistent, and I think Pasta Masters can be something really special.“
