Terrible lobby service, takes care of drive through first, ignores customers in lobby, takes forever to get to order and even longer to get your cold order, we asked what the hold up was and was met with rude employee, other was just standing around with clueless look on their face, and now I’ve been sick for a whole day. Glad I kept what was left of my sandwich so I can have it tested. Planning on reporting them as many places as I can and NEVER going back.
I was displeased, at this location, and asked a temporary manager why the American flag was missing from the pole. It had been removed and was not going to be put up. I said well I will not be returning to Arby's until it flew again.
Well I have noticed that it is flying and I plan to stop by to thank the current manager. Betting others have said something too.
Please make note of Arby's anywhere that have a pole without an American flag flying. Call them out! Get it,...read full review
