Worsened using the app. Had to wait extra long even after the expected time on the order. After getting home order was missing things. This use to be a dependable place to order from. It any more. Drive thru is backed up, dinning room is empty other than people coming in for missing items and people waiting to pick up. Inside they don’t even acknowledge that people are waiting. This place has been going down hill the last few times. Portions decreasing and service plummeted.

The staff is usually very friendly and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The service can be top notch, with specific employees like Ally and managers like Ehmed and Emad providing wonderful, pleasant, and generous service. In one instance, a manager changed a wife's order and let the customer keep the first one. Staff are also super helpful, once helping a customer with a flat tire and showing "southern hospitality" by handling a difficult ex-husband. During another visit when the system went down, a chef stepped up and showed leadership and customer focus. However, the restaurant has a problem with not stocking or serving items on the menu, with the tongue torch sauce being a specific complaint.
