In one instance, a manager changed a wife's order and let the customer keep the first one. Staff are also super helpful, once helping a customer with a flat tire and showing "southern hospitality" by handling a difficult ex-husband. During another visit when the system went down, a chef stepped up and showed leadership and customer focus. However, the restaurant has a problem with not stocking or serving items on the menu, with the tongue torch sauce being a specific complaint.
