“My friend and I had just spent time with our families on the Kauai Plantation Railway and we decided to head over to the lounge for an adult beverage. We both had Mai Tais and they were really very good. Our bartender was great and took good care of us. The lounge was cool because it feels like you stepped back in time. Once our families caught up to us we moved to the outside patio which has a little more of a modern feel which opened up to an open grassy area where the kids ran around and played. The Mai Tais were so good that we came back two days later for round 2. If you want a great Mai Tai and a nice spot to chill and relax, this is your spot.“

“We are HGV owners and are enjoying our time at the point. We can’t say enough about Mike and Marla the Magnificent and Zada! So helpful, so personable, food is great, so accommodating! Feel like I’ve known them forever! Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience with the December 4th morning bartender Keoki. He seemed bothered to have to assist us in any capacity. Short and disrespectful in his responses as well. Glad that we woke up to Marla on Friday to start our day!

“We ordered from here twice during our stay at the grand Hyatt! Both times we ordered from our lounge chairs, they have staff going around to take orders and they bring the food right to you! We really enjoyed the fish tacos, we got them twice. The tacos are big and the fish is perfect. The prices at this place are pretty fair considering it’s a resort, and I feel the portions are good for the price as well.“

“I was so excited to go here, and it was SO GOOD! Such a cute little restaurant and market. It was pouring when we arrived, but we got there right at opening, so no wait. I had the Tai Me Up cocktail, which was excellent. The deviled eggs with crispy Spam were beyond incredible—a must-order (though the flavor might rotate). I also tried the daily fish sandwich, which was perfectly crispy in the cornmeal, with a soft bun that just melts in your mouth—I absolutely loved it. The Ahi Au Poivre was incredible too, a fun and clever take on the classic dish, very well done. Service was friendly, thoughtful, and quick, the space is bright and airy. Hoping to come back, this place is a must!“

“This place was highly recommended by my patient that was part of a Facebook Group that posted about this place a lot and they were featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. It was good and the service was fantastic, but not so good that we made a second stop on our trip. Their service was quick too, so it's a good stop if you only have a short time to eat! Their menu includes: Truffle Burger, Veggie Burger, Chicken Katsu Sandwich, Kenji Burger (teriyaki, ponzu aioli, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, tomato & arugula), Misoyaki Fish Sandwich, Salads, Sushi Burritos & Bowls (loco moco, chicken katsu, misoyaki fish, and poke). There are 2 locations on the island“

“I had such an incredible time here. The atmosphere is super cozy and sophisticated, which makes it the perfect spot to relax with a drink after a long day. The sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the cocktails were mixed perfectly. I loved the unique vibe of the place, and the service was top notch from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back here again whenever I'm in the area.“

“Food is still good however the service now sucks. if your eating and want something else or another drink. whoever is serving you will not get it you are told that you must go back up to the cashier and order it there. what kind of crap is that. when told that I replied that "Then no need to tip you right" ? got a dirty look for that one, I'm just saying what's the purpose of having a waiter/waitress that won't get anything may as well go to the Crack. glad the one in Kalaheo isn't like poipu !!“
