Great drinks, great atmosphere (as it is part of the Grand Hyatt Resort). However, you would think with how high end the place is they would have a better shave ice machine. The shave ice was just chunks of ice with little to no flavor put on and a literal frozen ice cream from the freezer. I would understand if it was just a $3 to $5 shave ice. That would make sense. Don’t charge me $11 for some crunched up ice and an ice cream from the cafeteria.
The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious! I added onion rings and very yummy!
We ordered from here twice during our stay at the grand Hyatt! Both times we ordered from our lounge chairs, they have staff going around to take orders and they bring the food right to you! We really enjoyed the fish tacos, we got them twice. The tacos are big and the fish is perfect. The prices at this place are pretty fair considering it’s a resort, and I feel the portions are good for the price as well.
