⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic dining experience at Tidepools at the Grand Hyatt Kauai. The setting is absolutely stunning, creating the perfect atmosphere for a special evening. Our server, Rob, made our xperience exceptional. He was warm, personable, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Such an amazing spot! The service and food were excellent. The only downside was being seated next to a large table that was extremely loud but not the fault of the restaurant.
Wow!! We had the best experience here! Our server was incredible. So friendly, easy to talk to, and his recommendations were absolutely spot on. The way he described the flavors and textures of each dish made it so much easier to decide, and everything we ordered was a 10/10.
No matter what you get, make sure to add the Forbidden Rice! It’s the perfect complement to any dish and so delicious. We even splurged on dessert, and it was worth it.
